The One with the 2015 MTV Movie Award Nominees

So overnight the 2015 MTV Movie Award Nominees were announced.

Scrolling through the list, there are no major surprises to note. The only shock some fans have got is “Divergent” staring Shailene Woodley hasn’t got a nomination.

But I have to say my favourite category is definitely ‘Best Shirtless Performance’ (just give me a minute while I reminisce about last years award show when Rita Ora ripped of Zac Efrons shirt….pure bliss right there).

The category wouldn’t be the same without Zac nominated so thank God he’s represting the blockbuster “Neighbors”! We also have Chris Pratt from “Guardians of the Galaxy”, Ansel Elgort from “The Fault in Our Stars” and 2012 Sexiest Man Alive Channing Tatum for “Foxcatcher”.

This is always a hard category (I’m referring to those rock hard abs) and usually dominated my males. This year however we HAVE A FEMAILE! Enter one of the most beautiful women alive…Kate Upton for her incredible performance in “The Other Woman” starting alongside Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. You go girl!

Whilst for me that’s the most important category, some actually focus more on the movie side of things! So it’s probably appropriate to broadcast the most prestigious category nominees. Your 2015 MTV Movie of the Year nominees are (I feel like I’m actually presenting the award!)…

-”American Sniper”
-”The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1″
-”Guardians of the Galaxy”
-”Gone Girl”
-”The Fault In Our Stars”
-”Boyhood”
-”Whiplash”
-”Selma”

So girls and boys, voting is now officially OPEN and closes Saturday 11 April 2015. Voting for the “Movie of the Year” category will  however stay open throughout the broadcast on Sunday 12th April and will close minutes before the winner’s announced.

So take your marks, get set and vote!
